    Tuna Steaks Veracruzana with Brown Rice

    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    4 tuna steaks (5 oz. each)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
    1-3/4 cups water
    1-1/2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    SPRINKLE chili powder evenly over tuna.
    HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tuna; cook 2 minutes on each side. Add salsa. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until tuna flakes easily with fork.
    MEANWHILE, bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add rice, corn and cilantro; cover. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Serve tuna and sauce over rice mixture
