(romaine lettuce, curly endive, carrots, fris�e, radicchio; see Tip)
1 jar (12 oz) roasted red peppers, drained
and cut in 1-in.-wide strips
1 jar (12 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, not drained

1. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl.
3. Top with roasted peppers and artichoke hearts, and drizzle marinade from jar over all.
2. Add olives; toss to mix and coat.
