Cauliflower Salad

List of Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 lb bacon
1 spanish (red) onion
1 cup Ultra Low Fat Miracle Whip
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 TBSP. Sugar
Recipe
Cook bacon in oven (400 degrees for about 30 minutes) or until crispy. Drain bacon on paper towels and put in fridge.
Break up cauliflower into little florets.
Break up lettuce into small pieces
Chop onion into small pieces
Put all veggies in a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, mix miracle whip, parmesan cheese and sugar.
Break cold crispy bacon into small pieces.
Toss veggies and bacon.
Pour miracle whip mixture over veggies/bacon.
Toss.
Add more or less miracle whip for desired texture.
