Cucumber Onion Pepper Salad

1 med. cucumber
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. red onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup Equal sweetener
Recipe
1. In a large sealable container, combine sliced cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Peel garlic cloves and cut in half; add to the container.
3. Combine the cider vinegar and Equal and toss with vegetables in container.
