List of Ingredients
500g firm fleshed white fish, chopped finely
Pinch salt
1 cup coconut milk
4 red chillies, thinly sliced
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 red capsicum, finely chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
1 cucumber chopped finely
Juice of � lime
� cup coriander leaves, choppedRecipe
Chop fish and boil briefly in a large saucepan of boiling water until just cooked; drain.
Combine cooked fish in a large bowl with remaining ingredients. Check seasoning and serve immediately.
