    List of Ingredients




    8 cups shredded red and/or green cabbage (about 1 head)
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    2 cups pea pods, halved crosswise
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/3 cup coarse-grain mustard
    1/4 cup salad oil
    1/4 cup honey
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tablespoons chopped nuts

    Recipe



    1. In a large bowl stir together cabbage, carrots, pea pods, and onion. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, honey, and garlic.
    2. Cover and shake well; pour over the cabbage mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Cover; chill for 2 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir slaw and sprinkle with nuts. Makes 8 servings.
