    List of Ingredients




    Lemon-Dijon Dressing (See Below)
    4 cups shredded romaine
    2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
    1/4 cup sliced drained sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
    1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired

    Recipe



    1. Make Lemon-Dijon Dressing.
    2. Arrange romaine, chicken, tomatoes and egg on individual serving plates. Spoon dressing over top. Sprinkle with onions and cheese.

    Lemon-Dijon Dressing



    1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped

    1. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk.
