    1 227g. pkg Flavoured Alaska Pollock (artificial Crab or Lobster meat)
    1 green scallion, coarsely chopped
    1 8" celery stalk, chopped
    1 tbsp. light mayo
    1 tbsp. fat free plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp ground mace
    2C shredded lettuce

    Recipe



    toss all ingredients but the last one together and place over the roughly shredded lettuce
