    sea salt
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    green peppercorns

    dill
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    grapefruit

    Recipe



    Method

    Combine all the ingredients for the dressing;
    Arrange on a bed of Boston lettuce or lamb's lettuce;
    Garnish with diced grapefruit supremes (peeled).
