    List of Ingredients




    1/2 stick butter
    1 pint whipping cream
    cooked pasta
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    fresh nutmeg

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a large skillet, then slowly stir in the cream and heat well. Throw in some cooked pasta of your choice and stir to evenly coat with sauce. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly (figure A).

    Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with fresh nutmeg.
