Fresh Fruit and Cream Cheese Tart

Crust:
1/14 cup graham craker crumbs
2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin Granulated White
3 Tbsp. Fat-Free margerine, melted
Filling:
1 250g. package of fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup SugarTwin Granulated White
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 kiwi, peele and thinly sliced
1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine crumbs, SugarTwin and melted margaring until well mixed.
3. Pat into the bottom of an 8" spring-form pan.
4. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven and set aside to cool.
5. Beat the cream cheese, yogurt, SugarTwin, vanilla and almond extract until well blended and smooth. Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
6. Arrange kiwi slices and strawberry slices over attractively on top of the cream cheese.
