Pastry Shells
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold butter
4-5 tablespoons cold water
Combine first three ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add water until mixture forms ball. Roll dough on lightly floured surface. Use 2 1/2" round cookie cutter and cut dough. Dough should be cut to fit larger than pan. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Spread1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture into center of shell. Top with assorted fresh berries.
YIELD: Makes approximately 48 shells.

Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
6 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated fresh lemon peel
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Spread1/2 teaspoon on baked pastry shells.
