8 oz. Brussels sprouts
2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
2 oz. butter
salt
freshly cracked black pepper
Recipe
Heat olive oil and butter on medium-high in sauté pan until bubbly. Add Brussels sprouts and toss with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook until golden brown and tender.
