Steamed Kale With Tahini Dressing

List of Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
TAHINI DRESSING:
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp each: maple syrup, tamari sauceRecipe
Wash, then shred or coarsely chop kale. Place in steamer over boiling water. Steam, covered, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
Transfer steamed kale to large bowl. Add a couple of tablespoons of dressing. Toss to coat kale lightly, adding more dressing if desired.
Makes about 4 servings.
