    serve with couscous, asparagus spears and spaghetti squash.

    List of Ingredients




    3 Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, butterflied
    1 Cup chopped frozen spinach
    2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    2 oz Feta cheese
    1 egg white
    3/4 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp no salt (salt substitute)
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    cooking spray

    Recipe



    In a bowl mix together spinach, cheeses,egg white, dill, salt substitue, and pepper. Stuff butterflied chicken breast and close it using toothpicks. Lightly sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Spray fry pan with cooking spray and brown the chicken breast. Transfer chicken to a baking pan and cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until done.
