In 13x9” baking pan, spread:
8 oz. cooked pork sausage, drained
Top with:
6 cups white bread, cut into cubes (about 8 slices)
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Mix together and pour over bread and cheese, making sure all bread is moistened:
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
5 eggs, beaten
¾ cup milk
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Convection bake at 325°F. uncovered for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
