Stuffed Peppers

Cook in salted water, boiling for 5 minutes, drain:
6 large peppers, hollowed out
Brown and drain:
1# ground beef
2 Tbs. chopped onion
Stir in and heat through:
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 cup cooked rice
8 oz. tomato sauce
Lightly stuff peppers and pour over 8 oz. tomato sauce.
Bake covered at 350°F for 45 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
