    Line 13x9” pan with parchment paper.


    CRUST
    Combine and pat into pan:
    1 cup margarine
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ½ cup sugar
    2 cups flour
    Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes



    FILLING
    In 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup, stir with spoon:
    6 Tbs. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    6 Tbs. flour
    2 cups sugar

    Pour into baked crust.
    Continue baking for 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Let cool completely. Lift out onto cutting board and cut into bars. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar.
