    Sauce
    Brown and drain:
    2# ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced

    Add:
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste

    Season to taste:
    Salt
    Pepper
    Dash of sugar
    Oregano
    Basil and Rosemary

    Spinach Mixture
    Combine:
    1 box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/2 clove of garlic, minced
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup oil
    Salt
    3 eggs, beaten

    Cook 1 box of Bow-Tie Macaroni.

    Layer in 9x13" pan:
    Sauce
    Macaroni
    Spinach Mixture

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour.
