    This is truly an English dish!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • Potatoes
    • pork or beef link sausages
    • Onion
    • instant gravy mix
    • milk or cream
    • butter or margerine


    Instructions


    1. Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
    2. Meanwhile, fry or grill pork or beef link-shaped sausages - there are some exotic ones on the market, so try different varieties.
    3. In another pan, fry 1/2 a sliced onion until soft and slightly browned. Make gravy in with the onions using the instant gravy mix.
    4. Drain and mash potatoes and add milk or cream and butter or margerine.
    5. Serve mound of potatoes surrounded by sausages and smothered with onion gravy! Mmmm!
