    Recipe Introduction


    You can substitute shrimp for the same points. Chicken would probably be 1 point more. Don't forget to add points for the rice.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound crawfish tails
    • 2 Tbsp flour
    • 1/4 cup minced celery
    • 1 clove minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup green bell pepper
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in a heavy skillet until done. Add flour, stirring to coat vegetables.
    2. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Stir until well mixed. Add crawfish. (You may need to add 1-2 cups of water to get the right thickness). Cook for about 20 minutes until thickened (over low heat).
    3. Serve over rice.

    Makes 4 servings.
