    6 medium potatoes,peeled and cut up
    6 medium carrots,peeled and cut up
    1 12 oz. can corn niblets,drained
    1 10 oz. can tomato soup
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    pastry for top crust

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425 deg.
    Cook potatoes and carrots in salted water until tender;drain.Meanwhile,brown ground meat in a fry pan;add soup and blend.Pour drained potatoes,carrots and corn niblets into a 3 qt. casserole;cover with the beef mixture.Top with the unbaked pastry,bake in oven for 30 minutes or until browned.
    Serve 6
