    1 cup sugar
    1 tbsp. margarine
    1 egg,beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup chopped walnut,optional
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp.salt

    Recipe



    Cream together sugar and margarine.Add egg,vanilla,pumpkin and nuts.
    Stir in flour,baking powder and salt;mix well.
    Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a 375 deg. oven.
    Makes 12 cookies.
