List of Ingredients

1 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chip
2 tbsp. margarine
1 eggs,beaten
3 cup miniature colored marshmallow
1 cup chopped nut
icing sugar


Recipe

In a saucepan over low heat,melt the chips and margarine together.Remove from heat and blend in the beaten egg.Cool slightly.Combine the marshmallow and the nuts together;blend into cooled mixture.
Divide mixture in half.Sprinkle icing sugar on two pieces of wax paper.Place half the mixture on one piece of wax paper and shape into a roll about 8 inch long and 1 1/2 in diameter.Do the same with the remaining mixture.Chill for several hours.
Slice and serve.
Logs maybe wrapped in foil and stored in freezer.
