    1 1/4 cup flour
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    2 cup corn flakes, crushed (become 1 cup crumb
    1 egg
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup oil
    1 cup mashed banana

    Recipe



    Combine in a small bowl flour, baking powder,salt, spices, corn flakes.Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine egg, milk and oil.Stir in the banana.Add flour mixture,stirring only until combined.
    Bake at 400 deg. oven for about 20 minutes.
    Make 12 muffins
