    3/4 cup bran
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 egg
    1/4 cup of oil
    1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Combine all muffin ingredients.Stir just until moistened.Spoon into 12 muffin cup( paper lined.
    Bake at 4oo deg., for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Glaze:Combine following ingredients,stirring to blend and spread over warm muffins.
    1 1/2 tbsp. margarine
    3/4 cup icing sugar
    1 1/2 tsp.maple syrup
