    Source of Recipe

The Diabetic's Healthy Exchanges Cookbook by JoAnna M. Lund

    Recipe Introduction

These are DELICIOUS and so easy to prepare! Great for unexpected company!

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    • 1/2 cup (4-ounces) fat free cream cheese
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp. Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet (I used Splenda)
    • 1/4 cup raisins

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.
    2. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. In a small bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Spread 2 tbsp. cream cheese over each rectangle.

    3. In a small covered container, combine cinnamon and Sugar Twin. Shake well to combine. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon mixture over cream cheese. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. raisins over top of each.
    4. Roll each rectangle as for cinnamon rolls. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place pieces on prepared cookie sheet. Quickly spray tops of rolls with butter flavored cooking spray.

    5. Bake 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and quickly spray tops again. Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
