Bread , Strawberry & Butter

List of Ingredients



• 1-1/2 cups flour
  
• 3/4 cups sugar
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  
• 1-10 oz package strawberries
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  
• 2/3 cup nuts, chopped
  
• Butter:
  
• 1/2 cup butter , softened (NOT MARGARINE)
  
• 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix strawberry mixture with juice, eggs, oil. Pour into flour mixture, blend well, pour into bread pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
   
   
2. For butter: mix strawberry preserves and butter, softened, do not use margarine. Mix well and chill.
