• 2 cups Bisquick
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together well. Use an ice cream scoop and and dip from batter twice to make one pancake, spread on a preheated 400 degree griddle and spread out with the back of the scoop. Cook til bubbly thin flip. Serve with maple syrup.
   
2. Makes 6 large pancakes.
