Brownies & Icing

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, 2 at a time
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- (10) 3/4 tablespoons cocoa or 3/4 tbsp ten times
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cups flour, twice
- milk
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs two at a time. Add vanilla, baking powder, cocoa. Add 3/4 cups of flour twice and add salt. Blend all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- For icing: 1/2 bag chocolate chips, microwave til metled add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3/4 cup powdered sugar and milk to thicken, spread on cooled brownies.
