    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup white karo syrup
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 cups peanut butter
    • quick chocolate dip


    Instructions


    1. Boil sugar, water and syrup until mixture reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer, spray skillet with Pam, spread peanut butter around sides and bottom of the skillet.
    2. After syrup mixture reaches crack stage pour into skillet. Mix with wooden spoon.
    3. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie pan. Score pieces with a knife several times, when cooled, dip pieces into chocolate place on wax paper and allow to set up.
