    List of Ingredients


    • Cube Steak, cooked and cut into strips or chunks
    • 1 bag frozen country style cubed potatoes or 4 medium fresh potatoes, peeled, washed, cubed, cooked
    • 1 to 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1 to 2 cans of Mushrooms, drained
    • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13-baking dish with cooking spray.

    2. If using the frozen cubed potatoes place them in the prepared baking dish and heat in microwave for 10 minutes

    3. If using fresh potatoes, peel them, wash and cube them and boil in water til tender and then place into prepared baking dish.

    4. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook steak until brown. Drain, cut into chunks or strips

    5. In a medium size bowl mix cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms together til blended.

    6. Place mushroom mixture overtop potatoes and spread mozzarella cheese overtop.

    7. Add steak overtop mushroom mixture and sprinkle cheddar cheese overtop.

    8. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, until mixture is hot and bubbly.
