    Cheesy Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. hash browns, frozen - country style cubes
    • 1-12 oz sour cream with or without chives
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 stick margarine, melted
    • 1-8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. Microwave hash browns for approximately 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 dish at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
