• 1 package dry onion soup mix
  
• 6 medium sized potatoes, washed, peeled & sliced
  
• 2 cups water, boiled
  
• 4 to 5 pats of butter
  






Instructions



1. Wash peel and slice potatoes and place into a large casserole dish. Meanwhile heat water to boiling and add soup mix cook for 3 minutes. Pour soup mixture over top potatoes in casserole dish. Place butter on top and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
