Crock Pot Potatoes

- whole potatoes
- flour
- water, enough to boil potatoes
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Wash off potatoes, peel and boil in butter for 15 to 20 minutes. Take flour and add to water that you boiled potatoes in and make a paste. Add to crockpot. Slowly add broth from which the potatoes were cooked to the paste mixture in the crock pot til desired consistency for gravy. You may need to add or make more paste mixture depending on how much broth you use. Finally cook on medium for 5 to 6 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
