Pecan Tarts

List of Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or 1/2 cup
- 1 cup flour
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- Filling:
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and cream cheese til smooth. Beat in flour. Press teaspoon of dough in bottom and up the side of two greased mini muffin pans.
- For filling: Mix sugar, egg, butter and vanilla in bowl, add pecans. Fill cups 1/2 way up. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
- Makes 24 pecan Tarts
