• 1 lb sausage or hamburger
  
• one medium onion
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  
• dash salt and pepper
  
• 2/3 cup milk
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Pour batter in a 12" round pizza pan sprayed with Pam. Top with the browned meat and onion. Bake at 425° for 20-25 min.
   
   Drizzle one can of pizza sauce over this and sprinkle 1C shredded mozzarrella cheese on top and bake for another 12 to 15 minutes.
