    Spaghetti Sauce - Carol's

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lbs. ground chuck
    • 3/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
    • 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    • salt to taste
    • pepper to taste
    • 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
    • 3 tablespoons celery flakes
    • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
    • italian seasoning to taste
    • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
    • 4 large cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
    • 1 large can (15 oz) tomato paste
    • 1 large can crushed tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Brown the ground chuck in a large skillet til brown, drain fat.

    2. Once drained place ground chuck in a large saucepan.

    3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.

    4. Serve with pasta of choice.
