Coconut Ice Cream Pie

List of Ingredients



• Ritz crackers, crushed
  
• butter, melted
  
• 3 packages instant coconut pudding
  
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• non dairy frozen topping, thawed
  
• coconut, toasted
  






Instructions



1. Mix together the crushed crackers and butter, pat into a pie dish and set aside.
   
   
2. Mix together pudding, vanilla ice cream and milk. Spread ice cream mixture over pie crust.
   
   
3. Spread cool whip over top and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
