    Label on can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (9 inch) regular 2 cup volume pie shells, Unbaked
    • 2 eggs
    • 3-1/4 cups (30 ounce) can Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
    • cinnamon to taste


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie mix and evaporated milk. Pour into pie shells.
    2. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes or until pies test done.
    3. Serve immediately or chill. Do not freeze as this may cause filling to separate from crust.
