• 1 pan cornbread, prepared
  
• 1 can pinto beans
  
• 1 small onion, chopped
  
• 1 small tomato, chopped
  
• 1 small cucumber, chopped
  
• ranch salad dressing
  
• cheddar cheese, shredded
  
• bacon bits
  






Instructions



1. Prepare cornbread by package directions, bake and cool.
   
   
2. Pinch cooled cornbread into bite size pieces and place enough cornbread into a casserole dish to make a first layer. Next alterante beans, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers with the cornbread. Sprinkle cheese on top with ranch dressing and bacon bits.
