    4 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons flour
    2 cups milk
    4 cups of cheddar cheese or small box of velveeta

    Recipe



    melt butter in saucepan over low heat, mix in flour, add milk
    heat on low stirring occasionally until sauce thickens
    add cheese
