    Egg Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 eggs, boiled & peeled
    • 2 large tablespoons mayo
    • 1 large tablespoon pickle relish
    • salt to taste
    • 1 teaspoon mustard


    Instructions


    1. Boil eggs til done, cool and peel. Mash eggs with a fork add salt, mayo, mustard and pickle relish to the egg mixture and mix well. Serve on bread.
