    Tasty little hummers!

    List of Ingredients




    1 Box Chopped Frozen Spinach (cooked and drained well)
    1 C. Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
    3 Eggs, beaten
    3-4 T. Melted Butter
    1/2 C. Chopped Onion
    1/4 C. Parmesean Cheese, grated
    dash of thyme, tabassco, and garlic salt.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients, adding the spinach that has all the juice squeezed out of it last. Refridgerate for an hour or so . Form into little balls on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 325' for 20 minutes.

    ***These also freeze well***
