    Real Mexican Corn Tortillas

    2 C. Masa Harina (corn flour)
    1 C. water, more if needed

    Recipe



    Mix water and Masa, making a moist dough. Shape into 2" balls and flatten with your hand. Put one into a tortilla press and then press and press to desired width and thickness.

    Cook on a hot cast iron skillet, slightly greased. Turn almost immediately - let cook until underside starts getting brown flecks. Turn again and cook till next side is lightly browned some.

    ***you can also add a little salt to the dough mixture***

    ***you could also use a hambuger press if it's flat on both sides***
