    1 - 8 oz. can refridgerated crescent rolls
    1 lb. hot ground pork sausage
    1 - 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown O'Brien (has ch. gr. peppers and onions
    1 C. shr. cheddar cheese
    4 lrg. eggs
    1/2 C. milk
    1 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper

    Recipe



    Unroll crescent roll dough and press on bottom and partially up sides of a 9x13" baking dish OR 12" deep dish pizza pan. Press perforations to seal. Bake at 375' for 5 minutes.
    Cook sausage in lrg. skillet over med/high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
    Sprinkle evenly over crust.
    Prepare frozen hash browns according to pkg. directions, and spoon evenly over the sausage. Sprinkle evenly with the cheddar cheese. (Cover and chill up to 24 hours, if needed)

    Whisk together eggs and next 3 ingred.; pour evenly over the cheese.
    Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes or until set.

    Makes 8 servings
