    List of Ingredients




    1 Store Bought Angel Food Cake

    1 C. Thawed light Cool Whip

    1 Can crushed Pineapple undrained

    1 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix

    1 c. fresh strawberry slices

    Recipe



    Cut Angel Food Cake into 3 equal layers (crosswise)

    Mix pineapple and pudding mix until well mixed

    Fold in coolwhip

    On a serving plate spread 1 1/3 c. up the pudding mixture on top of the bottom layer of cake

    Repeat next layer with 1 c. of pudding mixture

    Top with last layer and frost with last of pudding mixture

    Refrigerate atleast one hour

    Top with sliced strawberries right before serving
