Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie
4 cups rhubarb, cut in fine pieces
4 Tablespoons flour
1¼ Cup sugar
Dash of salt or salt substitute
Dash of cinnamon
Recipe
Mix together the sugar and flour. Add the cut up rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes one 9 inch pie
