The "Lion House" is a FAMOUS and popular restaurant in Salt Lake City Utah.


List of Ingredients




6-8 deboned, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
6 cups stuffing mix, prepared according to directions
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup honey
2 cups fat free mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard

Recipe



In a large container, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Mix in chopped mushrooms into stuffing and place in a large greased casserole dish (9 X 13). Top with chicken bits. Cover and bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes.

While dish cooks, mix together honey, mayonnaise, and mustard in saucepan, cooking over low heat until warmed through. About 5 minutes, before dish is ready, remove cover of casserole and add sauce to top. Bake 5 more minutes in oven. Garnish with parsley.

Serves 8.
