CROCK POT TACO CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (some are called "taco tomatoes")
1 10 3/4 oz can cream of onion soup
1 envelope taco seasoning mix (see below)
1/4 c water
1/2 bag Fritos corn chips
1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar
3 green onions, slicedRecipe
Brown beef, drain. Mix beef, tomatoes, soup, seasoning mix and water in 3 1/2 to 5 qt. slow cooker. Gently stir in fritos. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Spread sour cream over casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions.
